In the "Atlanta Business Chronicle's" article "Courting a Generation," which appeared in the February 4-10 commercial real estate "Buckhead Market Report," Reznick Group was featured as a leading example of tying business strategy with new office space.
As the Atlanta prepares to move to Buckhead's prominent Two Alliance tower this fall, the article focused on how Reznick Group's factors are common to more savvy companies which seek to tie in brand, clientele, recruitment and retention with their office space. By leveraging their office move, Reznick Group is able to add to its momentum in the market place beyond traditional marketing aspects.
As Wes Hudson told the "Atlanta Business Chronicle," a prime consideration was recruiting and retaining younger talent. Hudson also said Reznick Group wanted to ensure aspects of the office's business strategy, in particular renewable energy and green building services, are evident in their space. Two Alliance is a LEED® certified building and the firm will design its space to achieve LEED® certification as well.
"A big part of our practice is in the energy sector so we wanted to walk the walk and talk the talk," Hudson told the "Atlanta Business Chronicle."
