Principal

Brent Solomon is the principal in charge of Reznick Group’s Valuation and Transaction Advisory Group.  Reznick Group performs several hundred valuation and financial advisory engagements annually for mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity funding, buy/sell, equity based compensation, financial reporting, estate and income tax purposes, litigation support, and strategic planning. 

Brent is a frequent lecturer on valuation/appraisal, business succession planning, mergers and acquisitions, and ESOPs for industry groups, law firms, and financial institutions. He serves as a member for the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants' ("AICPA") ABV Examination Committee and is a member of the AICPA's Fair Value Measurements & Reporting Conference Steering Committee.

Prior to joining Reznick Group, Brent held CFO and Corporate Controller positions with large closely held companies and a public real estate investment trust. He was also a supervisor in the audit practice of a national public accounting firm and a partner with a Washington, D.C. based financial and tax advisory boutique.
